Dr. Mukul Bajpai, former Army Medical Corps officer and alumnus of the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, served 25 years in the Indian Armed Forces. But when the uniform came off, his mission to serve did not. He simply exchanged his epaulettes for a new kind of responsibility—fighting battles that threaten the health, safety, and future of India. He founded SHRAM, an NGO driving impactful campaigns Against tobacco, single-use plastics, spurious liquor, and more, while supporting families of martyrs and promoting environmental conservation. His relentless advocacy led to the Government of India’s historic ban on e-cigarettes in 2019—a rare achievement for any NGO. Today, he continues his mission to build a healthier, safer, and cleaner India.

Ms. Rupinder Brar, a distinguished 1990-batch officer of the Indian Revenue Service, brings over three decades of exemplary public service to her role as a National Committee Member of the Shram. An alumna of Hindu College, Delhi University, and a Master’s degree holder in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore, she has held key leadership positions, including Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Mumbai and Delhi, and Additional Director General of Tourism, where she conceived and launched the iconic Dekho Apna Desh campaign. Currently serving as Additional Secretary and Nominated Authority, Ministry of Coal, she is driving transformative reforms in coal mining to make it more transparent, business-friendly, and environmentally responsible. Her deep commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility ensures that communities in coal-bearing regions—especially the underprivileged—gain access to skills, employment, healthcare, and nutrition. With her visionary leadership, she continues to bridge policy, development, and compassion, ensuring growth reaches every corner of society

Shri Aman Giri, born on June 1, 1996, in Gola Gokarannath, Uttar Pradesh, is a dynamic Indian politician and the youngest Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Gola Gokrannath constituency. Representing the (BJP), he assumed office on November 6, 2022, . Beyond his political endeavor's, Growing up in the close of Dhudwa national forest he realized in early childhood the importance of forests and need to protect it, he is deeply committed to environmental conservation, focusing on wildlife protection, forest preservation, and groundwater sustainability.
His dedication to ecological issues is further exemplified by his role as a National Committee Member of Shram, where he is spearheading the campaign -Bhoomi (afforestation & ground Water conservation) and numerous social causes. In this capacity, Aman actively promotes initiatives aimed at safeguarding India's rich biodiversity and ensuring the sustainable management of natural resources. His efforts underscore a holistic approach to development, balancing economic growth with environmental stewardship.

Shishir Dixit, an Air Force veteran and visionary educationist, lovingly known as Shishir Sir, is a name synonymous with trust and success among defence aspirants. As Chairman & CMD of Centurion Defence Academy, he has mentored thousands, producing record-breaking selections in NDA, CDS, AFCAT, MNS, and SSB interviews. Author of the widely acclaimed Ranneeti SSB Book, he continues to inspire youth with his clarity of vision and mission-driven approach.
Beyond education, he leads with compassion. Through Campaign Smriti, under NGO Shram, he is spearheading efforts to support families of martyrs, ensuring their sacrifices are honoured with dignity and care. His initiatives such as the Shishir Rameshwar National Talent Hunt Scheme provide free training to deserving students, particularly from rural and underprivileged backgrounds. Recognized at national forums and honoured by Chief Ministers and Governors, Shishir Dixit embodies the true spirit of service—mentoring future officers while standing firmly with the families who laid down everything for the nation.

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar is more than a renowned scientist and psychiatrist—he is a healer, innovator, and compassionate leader dedicated to improving lives. Currently the Medical Head of Geriatric Clinical Research at CAMH and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, his work blends cutting-edge science with deep humanity. From his early medical training in Patiala, India, to prestigious fellowships in the U.S. and Canada, Dr. Kumar has pursued one mission: to find better ways to protect and heal the human mind. His pioneering research in Alzheimer’s disease and novel brain stimulation therapies has earned him international recognition, including the NARSAD Young Investigator Award. As a valued member of SHRAM, he applies his expertise to our anti-tobacco and anti-spurious liquor campaigns, ensuring our efforts are rooted in science and compassion. Dr. Kumar’s guidance helps us save lives, restore hope, and build healthier communities for generations to come.

As a member of Shram NGO, Prableen champions financial literacy for women and families of martyrs, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to achieve lasting financial security. Dr (Lt Col) Rigvardhan (Retd), MBBS, MD (Pathology), is an alumnus of the esteemed Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune (1990 Batch). He completed his postgraduation and Fellowship in Hematopathology from the prestigious Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Delhi. With over 27 years of distinguished service in the field of medical sciences—including 11 years at Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi, and Command Hospital, Lucknow—he brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, academic excellence, and leadership.
He has authored more than 40 publications in reputed national and international journals and is widely recognized for his proficiency in histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, as well as in Accreditation, Quality Management Systems, and Internal Audits in Medical Laboratories as per ISO 15189:2012 standards.
Currently, Dr Rigvardhan associated with Shram as the National Coordinator of Raktbandhan, the flagship blood donation drive of NGO Shram, where he channels his vast medical experience and organizational skills to mobilize communities, inspire voluntary blood donation, and strengthen the nation’s healthcare support system. His dedication to this noble cause reflects his lifelong commitment to service, both in uniform and beyond, for the well-being of society.

Dr. Deepti Handa is a distinguished expert in public relations and communications, renowned for her unwavering dedication to service. As the Head of Liaison and Public Relations at Apollo Hospital in Indore, she expertly bridges the institution and the community with grace.
With over a decade of experience in dentistry, Dr. Handa currently serves as an Associate Professor, contributing both knowledge and leadership. During the pandemic, she played a pivotal role across multiple healthcare institutions, delivering support when it was needed most.
Her collaborative efforts across all medical colleges and hospitals in Indore have forged an invaluable network of healthcare outreach, significantly enhancing community wellness.
Even in the political sphere, Dr. Handa has been a vocal advocate—representing the BJP Mahila Morcha in the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections and eloquently promoting policies focused on welfare and empowerment across various television forums.
Notably, her grassroots humanitarian work—undertaken with the BJP and the Rastriya Rajput Samaj Mahila Manch—stands as a testament to her enduring commitment to service, empowerment, and devotion.

Advocate Rupesh Dutta associated with Shram as the Legal Head , bringing with him a wealth of experience in criminal, commercial, and constitutional law. Known for his clarity and versatility, he has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, several High Courts, Consumer Commissions, and specialized tribunals across India, representing diverse clients with dedication and precision.
An alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, Rupesh’s legal expertise spans infrastructure, cooperatives, energy, power, healthcare, consumer rights, arbitration, and financial disputes. He has also represented public sector banks before Debt Recovery Tribunals and Commercial Courts, providing strategic insight into complex cases.
Before pursuing law, Rupesh spent over a decade as a senior journalist with the Press Trust of India (PTI), covering health, diplomacy, and critical developments across South Asia. His background in journalism, combined with a Master’s in Journalism and a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), enriches his legal practice with sharp analytical skills and a strong understanding of governance and policy.
At Shram, Rupesh leads the legal team with a firm commitment to justice, rights protection, and social change, ensuring the NGO’s mission is supported with robust legal advocacy.

Vikrant Parmar brings over two decades of rich experience in journalism and editorial leadership to his role as Media Head of Shram NGO. As Chief Sub Editor at The Tribune, one of North India’s leading newspapers, he has successfully led editorial teams, managed complex workflows, and shaped content across diverse domains including lifestyle, business, city, and sports. An alumnus of Delhi University with a Gold Medal in English Literature, Vikrant’s career spans across The Tribune, The Times of India, and Smart Analyst India, where he honed expertise in editing, content strategy, and effective communication. His work reflects a deep commitment to clarity, accuracy, and impactful storytelling. Beyond newsrooms, Vikrant has edited acclaimed books such as Twice Born, The Opium Toffee, and Who Killed My Mom? showcasing his ability to handle nuanced narratives. With over a decade in media as a journalist, anchor, and producer with leading national networks such as Aaj Tak, NDTV, Zee Sports, and The Pioneer, she has mastered the art of storytelling and advocacy, amplified unheard voices and shaped public discourse.
As an independent practitioner, [Name] has represented individuals and businesses in civil, criminal, and corporate matters, with a deep commitment to pro bono work, especially in cases involving women’s rights and marginalized communities. We created Shram, a self-help group by a small group of doctors and professionals from various walks of life. We started humbly by looking after health problems of economically weaker section and less privileged patients.
As we moved along people joined us from all streams of life; making the idea of Shram a continuous learning experience helping society in moving towards a better and brighter future.
